BCC Procurement Services

The mission of the Berkshire Community College (BCC) Procurement Department is to

  • Purchase the highest quality of goods and services at the best value; and
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and Massachusetts General Laws in Public Procurement for higher education.

The role of the Procurement Department is to

  • Assist faculty and staff with questions regarding of goods and services;
  • Manage all aspects of the competitive bidding process and negotiations;
  • Contract administration; and
  • Provide faculty and staff training in procurement policies and procedures.
