Personal Enrichment Workshops

Community Education Workshop Refund Policy: If you withdraw at least one week before the first meeting, you will receive a 100% refund less a $15 processing fee. No refund is given for withdrawals made less than one week before the course starts. If BCC cancels a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees. Please allow at least three weeks for processing refunds.

  • This certification is a food safety credential that verifies a person's knowledge and skills to manage food safety in a foodservice operation. The certification is offered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and is accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The certification is intended for restaurant owners, managers, and employees who are responsible for food safety in the workplace.
