Mark Messages as "Not spam"
If Gmail has marked a BCC email as spam, you will need to tell Gmail our emails are not spam.
- In Gmail, navigate to the spam folder.
- Search for an email from "@berkshirecc.edu"
- Select all the emails shown.
- Click "More" and then "Not spam".
Create a Filter
Create a filter to tell Google to Safe Sender BCC emails.
- Click the gear icon in Gmail and select "See all settings" from the Quick settings menu.
- Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the top menu.
- Select "Create a new filter."
- Add "berkshirecc.edu" in the "From" field.
- Click "Create filter."
- Check "Never send it to Spam" in the checkbox.
- Click "Create filter."

Create a filter to tell Outlook BCC is a Safe Sender.
- Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook settings."
- Select "Mail" from the settings menu.
- Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.
- Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."
- Enter "berkshirecc.edu."
- Choose "Save."

Create a Filter
Create a filter to tell Yahoo BCC is a Safe Sender.
- Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
- Navigate to "Settings" then click "More Settings."
- Select "Filters" and hit "Add" to enter "@berkshirecc.edu."
- Name the filter and add the email address "@berkshirecc.edu."
- Select to send all mail to "Inbox."
- Save your settings.
